small, subtle changes in function and endurance reflect, over time, large limitations
in mobility and quality of life. I can help you indentify and work to improve
those areas when they are still small and reversible.
How this is Acheived
Twenty minute modules, one done each day, help you reach your goals of activity
and independence. Your personal program will be smart and workable.
I create individualized training focusing on target areas such
as osteoporosis prevention and care, back and neck pain, and shoulder problems
that compliment your workout and educate you in positioning that requires less
stress.
I see clients for massage therapy as well as instruction and
education in exercise, stretching, balance, and mobility. This information is
available to everyone, but my instruction helps to insure that you carry out
your program correctly and
I teach you how to lengthen your spine before you move and to use positions that
place less stress on your spine so you can exercise without causing further injury.
This will help you to feel taller as you move throughout your day.
